Lead private luxury touring across Kyoto, Osaka, Nara, and the wider Kansai region. You'll design experiences on the ground, manage high-end guest relationships, and bring deep on-the-ground knowledge to every day. Fluent Japanese and English required. Minimum 10 years experience in premium hospitality or private touring.

We're seeking specialist guides with deep expertise in specific regions, themes, or cultural domains — from temple architecture to contemporary food culture, alpine hiking to traditional crafts. Part-time and seasonal arrangements considered. Native-level Japanese with strong English communication.

Support the planning, logistics, and guest communication behind our private touring programs. Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and experience with luxury or high-touch service environments. Japanese language ability an advantage but not essential.

Own our editorial presence across the channels we choose to inhabit. We are LinkedIn-focused at present, with a deliberate, considered approach to expansion. Strong editorial eye, video editing capability, and an instinct for what reads in the luxury travel space. Experience with luxury, hospitality, or high-end lifestyle brands essential.
